Parent coaching is a process that can help you navigate the challenges of parenting.
Many people find parent coaching a helpful resource when co-parenting, i.e. when parents are no longer intimate partners. Day to day communication issues can be challenging, especially when there is tension in the parental relationship. Major decisions related to what is in the best interest of the child/ren can be very difficult to manage.
Our parent coaches can support parents individually/separately and can also assist through facilitating joint conversations. All of our parent coaches are also experienced mediators.
“I am so thankful for the opportunity you gave me on what felt like a very personal level to be heard, validated, and supported. I just want to thank you so much and I don’t even know how to do that with enough emphasis that you will truly know the depth at which you touched me at such a difficult time. I am so pleased that I can tell you that there has been a happy ending.”
